Our process begins by assessing your business’ financial foundation. Without a firm foundation, it is impossible to build an effective plan for the future. Key building blocks in this foundation are timely and accurate financial reporting to provide a clear view of where you are currently and how you got there. We will assess your financial reporting process and systems, including financial and non-financial KPIs, identify any weaknesses that need shoring up, and make recommendations on the best path for making necessary improvements. We will then work with you and your team to implement these improvements.
Once a firm foundation is set, we then focus on helping you see what the future holds and especially what lies around the next bend in the road. We do this by building a 13-week cash flow forecasting model. This model allows us to gain a detailed understanding of the operations of your business as well as providing a useful financial planning tool for you and your entire leadership team.
